In food industry, there are lots of tasks in kneading, mixing, churning, etc. In bread making the floor and water must be thoroughly mixed. The dough kneader mechanism shown is a good choice

Camera Diaphraghm
 

Depending on the intensity of light, the diaphraghm of a camera must be opened or closed (the hole diameter must be increased or decreased) A very simple mechanism can perform this task (actually there are several mechanisms of the same type around the lens (usually 6)

Homework: Can you identify some mechanisms that you use in your everyday life? These mechanisms exist in workshops, as kitchen utensils, as a furniture, etc. all around you.
